Our Chelmsford-based Contact Centre is a key part of our global operations. Chosen for its excellent accessibility and local talent pool, it will be the hub for onboarding clients and re-engaging prospects across the globe.

The Role

As an Onboarding Team Member, you will be the first point of contact for individuals interested in our residency and citizenship by investment services. This role is a mix of inbound and outbound calls: handling enquiries from potential clients and re-engaging those who have previously expressed interest.

You will work closely with our global Private Client Advisers, helping to prequalify clients and ensure they are matched with the right solutions. This role plays a crucial part in setting the tone for a positive and professional client journey.

Key Responsibilities

* Handling inbound telephone and email enquiries professionally and efficiently.

* Making outbound calls to potential clients, following up on past enquiries.

* Prequalifying clients to ensure they meet the financial criteria for our programmes.

* Managing client data and communications through our CRM system (HubSpot).

* Writing professional and clear emails, with AI tools available for support where needed.

* Using communication tools such as Gmail, Google Calendar, Teams, Zoom, and WhatsApp.

* Demonstrating patience and understanding when interacting with global clients, many of whom speak English as a second or third language.

* Supporting wider team objectives and contributing to the growth of the business.

What We're Looking For

* At least 6 months of experience working in a telephone-based role (inbound or outbound).

* A professional telephone manner and excellent communication skills.

* Strong IT literacy, including experience with email platforms, CRMs, and collaboration tools.

* A proactive approach to problem-solving and a focus on achieving team goals.

* Patience and cultural awareness when dealing with global clients.

* A desire to learn and grow within the business, with opportunities for career progression.

* No formal qualifications are required, but you will need to pass basic literacy, numeracy, and IT tests during the recruitment process.

Working Hours

The Contact Centre operates Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM–9:30 PM, and shifts will be required to cover these hours. Example shifts include:

* 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

* 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM

* 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM

* 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM

* 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM

These shifts will begin at the end of the second week of training.

Dress Code

We maintain a professional office environment, especially for group calls with global colleagues and video calls with clients. However, Fridays are dress-down days.

Training and Career Development

We are committed to your professional growth. Your journey begins with comprehensive training to ensure you excel in the role. After six months, there will be opportunities to advance, including the potential to become a Junior Investment Migration Consultant.

Commission Structure

A team-based commission pool will be introduced from month three, allowing you to share in the success of the Contact Centre. Full details will be discussed during the interview process.
