What you'll be doing: Leading cost management on exciting projects from day one. Providing strategic advice at every stage - from feasibility through to final account. Driving value engineering and procurement strategies. Acting as a trusted advisor, building long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders. Mentoring and supporting junior team members. What we're looking for: Chartered or nearly Chartered (MRICS preferred). Proven track record across consultancy projects (commercial, residential, or mixed-use). Sharp commercial instincts and the ability to see the bigger picture. Strong communication skills - confident in front of clients and happy rolling up your sleeves with the team.
