<div><p><b>Payroll Systems Specialist / MHR Implementation Lead</b></p><p><b>Part time - 3 days per week - 6 month contract</b></p><p><b>Pay - 15.00 - 20.00 per hour - hours are flexible, ideally 7 hours per day 3 days per week</b></p><p><b>On Site - Bolton</b></p><p>We are recruiting for an experienced Payroll Systems Specialist with a strong background in <b>MHR, iTrent, Agresso, or similar payroll and HR systems</b>.</p><p>This role will focus on supporting payroll operations, leading system implementations, rolling out new modules, and driving process improvements across payroll and HR functions.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Lead and support payroll and HR system implementations and module rollouts.</li><li>Configure systems, workflows, and user permissions.</li><li>Manage system upgrades, migrations, and enhancements.</li><li>Conduct testing (UAT), troubleshooting, and issue resolution.</li><li>Deliver training and support to end users.</li><li>Produce payroll reports and management information.</li><li>Ensure payroll compliance with HMRC legislation and best practice.</li><li>Work closely with Payroll, HR, Finance, and IT teams to improve processes and system functionality.</li></ul><h3>Skills & Experience</h3><ul><li>Proven experience with <b>MHR, iTrent, Agresso</b> or similar payroll systems.</li><li>Previous payroll systems implementation or project experience.</li><li>Strong understanding of payroll processes and legislation.</li><li>Experience with system integrations, upgrades, and digital transformation projects.</li><li>Excellent analytical, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.</li></ul><h3>Suitable Backgrounds</h3><ul><li>Payroll Systems Specialist</li><li>Payroll Manager</li><li>Payroll Systems Analyst</li><li>HR Systems Administrator</li><li>HRIS Specialist</li><li>Payroll Implementation Consultant</li><li>HR & Payroll Project Lead</li></ul><p>This is an excellent opportunity for a payroll systems professional looking to play a key role in delivering business‑critical system improvements and implementation projects.</p></div>
