We have an exciting new vacancy for a Maintenance Manager to join our team at The Britannia Coventry Hill Hotel. This modern 192-room hotel is conveniently located near the A45 that Coventry and Birmingham. It's just 9 miles from Birmingham Airport and has regular bus service to Coventry, with a bus stop just a few minutes' walk away.

Duties will include:
General maintenance tasks both inside and outside of the hotel such as painting, general carpentry, tiling, basic plumbing
Using your own initiative with the ability to work alone whilst being considerate of the guests and other hotel staff
Communicating effectively as required with both staff and guests.
Deal with contractors and visitors accordingly.
Ensuring the hotel is well maintained and compliant by completing various tasks as required
The successful candidate will have excellent DIY skills or be a trades person that can tackle various forms of maintenance work.
