Due to continued expansion and a strong land pipeline, they are seeking an experienced Technical Manager to join their team based in Hertfordshire. This is an outstanding opportunity for a Technical Manager looking to join a quality-focused business where they can have genuine influence over developments from acquisition through to completion, working closely with senior stakeholders across the business. The Role Reporting into the Technical Director, you will be responsible for managing the technical delivery of multiple residential developments, ensuring projects progress efficiently through planning, design, pre-construction and construction phases.
