Representing Giant Group at industry events, forums and client meetings as a credible and authoritative ambassador for the business.
Providing market intelligence and feedback to the CBDO and broader leadership team to inform commercial strategy and product development.
Maintaining disciplined use of CRM systems to manage pipeline activity, forecast accurately and report on business development performance.
Supporting the development and execution of the overall enterprise sales strategy in partnership with the CBDO.
UK travel and occasional client entertainment as required.
We are looking for a results‑driven Business Development Director to join our team, leading new enterprise client acquisition and developing long‑term strategic partnerships within the recruitment agency sector.
Salary: £60,000 – £75,000 per annum + £20‑40k OTE.
Contract: Permanent. Hours: 37 hrs per week, Mon to Fri 9:00‑18:00 with irregular hours depending on business requirements. Location: UK travel/Home.
