Role overview:
We’re a team on a mission to ensure Footpatrol is perfectly positioned to allow us to raise our profile and maximise opportunities from our organic social, community, third-party partnership sand retail channels to drive commercial results.
Reporting to the size? Group Marketing Lead, you will drive the creation, management and launch of product and brand campaigns, as well as a wide variety of marketing initiatives,always delivering on time and within budget. Central to this will be the management of third-party brand partnerships. Treating these brands as our own, you will secure and maximise every partner opportunity to create campaigns that raise brand profiles and drive sales. You will use your brand management skills to advance the HIP brand by delivering innovative activations and solutions, strengthening the brand’s community links, positioning HIP as the partner of choice for the market-leading street wear brands.
Key responsibilities:
* Create,manage and lead impactful integrated marketing plans across social, influencer, events, retail, product seeding, advertising (traditional and non-traditional) press and exposure activations.
* Lead the planning and management of key brand campaigns and ensure that both retail and online have strong representation to help drive awareness to the Footpatrol consumer.
* Ensure all activity aligns with overall business goals and objectives and amplifies the brand and marketing strategy for Footpatrol.
* Oversee Footpatrol content creation to ensure a consistent brand, personality, tone of voice and message across all touch points, managing the internal and external creative sign-off process.
* Actively manage and develop third-party brand (3PB) relationships and campaigns ( adidas, Nike etc.), pitching for campaign budget and ensuring financial contribution targets are met. Regularly assess performance against the objectives and KPIs, aligning with the Creative & Marketing Lead for any identified areas for improvement.
* Ensure all campaigns have clear objectives and KPIs and plans are developed to target the right person, at the right time, through the right channel.
* Produce campaign reports to assess performance against the objectives and KPIs, identifying learnings and recommendations for future campaigns.
* Develop ways of working to ensure efficient campaign delivery to meet KPIs and objectives, applying a continuous improvement attitude to drive future developments.
* Independently track campaign costs against budget and become proficient in utilising the Coupa finance management system. You will be responsible for receipting your allocated brand contributions and working with Group Finance independently.
* Manage allocated brand budgets, splitting funds accordingly across various campaigns within the financial year.
* Preserve strong relationships with external suppliers and agencies.
* Maintain the upkeep of the brand calendar and update the relevant departments on your campaign activity.
* Work collaboratively with key business stakeholders such as Retail, Digital, Social, Buying, Merchandising and Creative to drive the brand forward as a team to meet departmental and campaign objectives.
* Oversee influencer marketing, identify key local partners and explore new expansion and partnership opportunities, ensuring all align our brand strategies and are representative of our brand. Monitor objectives and KPIs, ensuring tracking is implements to understand performance and ROI.
* Take responsibility for your performance via regular PDP reviews to champion personal development and team atmosphere.
Skills, experience, and knowledge required:
* Relevant experience in a marketing role.
* Educated to degree level or equivalent in brand or marketing.
* Ability to apply technical marketing knowledge, tools and theory in everyday work.
* Strong organisational, project management and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Hands on experience and proven track record of managing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns including social, retail and influencer.
* Experience of budget management and reporting.
* Excellent verbal, written, presentation and communication skills.
* Confidence with leading the handling of influencer contracts, fees, campaign budgets and relationships.
* Commercial and analytical aptitude.
* The ability to work in a fast-moving environment as part of a collaborative team.
* A willingness to learn new skills.
* Proficient computer skills, including strong MS Office, Excel and Google Slides skills.
* Management experience is preferred.
* A keen interest in streetwear fashion / sneaker brands is advantageous.
* A valid driving license and passport with ability to travel throughout the UK and internationally when required.
