🎯 What You'll Be Doing:
* Collaborating with stakeholders to translate business objectives and user needs into innovative design solutions.
* Applying and evolving design systems to maintain consistency across products.
* Crafting wireframes, prototypes, and visual assets to support product development.
* Advocating for user-centric design principles and fostering a culture of UX excellence.
* Evaluating and refining UX implementations for optimal usability and engagement.
* Continuously improving UX processes, tools, and best practices in collaboration with leadership.
1. ✅ Required Experience:
* 3+ years of UX design experience with a focus on enterprise-grade digital products in Agile environments.
* Proficiency in UX research, including user journey mapping and usability testing.
* Advanced skills in interaction design, visual design, wireframing, and prototyping.
* A creative, user-focused approach that balances aesthetics and functionality.
* Deep understanding of current and emerging UX trends.
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to advocate for design decisions effectively.
* Experience collaborating closely with developers, with an understanding of technical considerations.
* Relevant degree in UX, Human Factors, Graphic Design, or a related field.
