Job Description
The key duties for the Accounts Assistant are:
3. High volume invoice processing
4. Accurately input financial data and maintaining financial records
5. Support the finance team with budgeting and forecasting activities
6. Update cash flow records/ Ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded and filed
7. Work closely with the finance team to achieve finance objectives
8. Update and post bank transactions
9. Assist the credit control function
10. Ad hoc duties
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
11. Experience in a similar role- essential
12. Preferably high volume invoice processing experience
13. Strong understanding of accounting principles
14. Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail
15. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
