Rhubarb Recruitment is hiring a Head Chef / Kitchen Manager for a premium fast-casual healthy food brand, located in Central London. This is a hands-on Kitchen Manager Job in London, working with a growing independent QSR concept, with a focus on fresh-prep, healthy oven-led menus.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage day-to-day kitchen operations and Central Production Unit (CPU)
* Oversee batch prep, cook–chill, vacuum-pack workflows
* Ensure correct Health & Safety procedures
* Manage stock, ordering, and minimise waste
* Support menu development
Ideal Candidate:
* Experience in QSR, dark kitchens, or production kitchens is ideal
* Skilled in cook–chill, vacuum-packing, and Rational ovens
* Strong administration skills
