Senior architectural technician

HBF are currently working with a desirable independent Northwest housebuilder who are looking to recruit a Senior Architectural Technicianto take a key role within their Land & Technical team.

You will work closely with the Technical Manager and wider departments across the organisation, taking a lead role in ensuring the business remains competitive and technically robust.

This opportunity would suit someone looking to make a real impact, shape processes, and take ownership of architectural and technical delivery across multiple residential developments.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Liaising with external consultants and third-party organisations, including Housing Associations
2. Development and ongoing review of house-type working drawings
3. Preparation and refinement of standard construction details
4. Producing options and choices drawings for sales and marketing use
5. Managing planning condition discharges and amendments
6. Submitting and discharging Building Regulations and warranty applications (including NHBC)
