Job Description Hours: 40 hours per week Operational hours: Monday to Friday 7.30am till 7pm, Saturday 7.30am till 4pm, Sunday 9am till 4pm Salary: £14.18 per hour Location: Canary Wharf - London Immediate Start Overview We are seeking multiple Dutch-speaking Customer Service Advisors to join our team on a temporary basis for 2-3 weeks only. This is an excellent opportunity for native or fluent Dutch speakers who are looking for a short-term position to earn quick income. As a Careline Advisor, you will play a vital role in supporting consumers in the Benelux region affected by a specialised nutrition product recall. You will provide empathetic, accurate, and professional assistance to consumers via phone and email, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Responsibilities Handle inbound calls and written enquiries from Dutch-speaking consumers regarding the product recall. Provide clear, accurate, and empathetic guidance tailored to individual needs. Log and process cases in the case management system with attention to detail. Arrange sample returns and resolutions in line with recall policies. Escalate complex or sensitive cases to the appropriate teams while maintaining ownership of the consumer journey. Collaborate with subject matter experts, quality specialists, and regulatory colleagues to ensure compliance and accurate dissemination of information. Qualifications Fluent written and spoken Dutch (mandatory) – this is essential for the role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to empathise with consumers. Previous customer care experience, preferably in the food industry or a regulated sector. Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office. CRM knowledge (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus. Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure, especially when dealing with sensitive cases. Flexible to work shifts within the operational hours. Self-motivated and a team player. Day-to-Day Respond to consumer queries via phone and email, ensuring a high level of customer care. Accurately document all interactions in the case management system. Liaise with logistics teams to arrange product returns and resolutions. Work closely with internal teams to ensure compliance with recall procedures. Provide a professional and empathetic service to consumers, particularly those in vulnerable situations.
