We are looking to recruit an exceptional Development programme coordinator - someone who is great with numbers and has a sharp eye for detail. About the role
As the Development programme coordinator, you will help manage the financial and progress reporting for our development projects. You'll prepare reports for both internal and external stakeholders, keep accurate records for audits, and support project managers at important stages. You will also assist the Group development director and project managers with grant claims and help ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish. Your attention to detail and strong organisation will be key to keeping everything on track.
What you'll do:
* Support Head of new business and home ownership and Project managers at key milestones: acquisition, tender, start on site, practical completion and handovers.
* Be a Pro Val administrator - support the Group development director, Head of new business and home ownership and Senior finance business partner to ensure that Pro Val system is set up correctly and users are set up with the correct rights and permissions.
* Co-ordinate and support project audits, both internal and external, including collation, verification and production of audit files and key information for future charging.
* IMS Administrator - support the Group development director and Senior finance business partner to ensure that the Homes England Investment Management System is set up correctly.
* Process and report on financial, performance and other development information for internal and external monitoring and reporting purposes.
* Provide project support to project managers on key stages in projects.
* Closely work with the Customer care and development coordinator on managing defects and customer enquires in the first 12 months from new homes being handed over.
What we're looking for:
* Attention to detail.
* GCSE A to C in English or Maths or equivalent. Or able to demonstrate ability in English and Maths.
* Experience working in housing development and project management.
* Good numeric and analytical skills.
* Ability to use the ProVal LS and development financial appraisal software to research, collate and verify the data that is entered into the model.
* Ability to interpret and implement housing society policy.
* Ability to use Homes England Investment Management System.
* Ability to manage competing priorities and those of others.
