Overview:
We are seeking an experienced speaker or educator to deliver a corporate-level training session on the topic:
“9 Box Grid Framework”
This will be a one-time virtual engagement, with potential for repeat sessions as part of our monthly professional learning and development series for participants across the globe.
If you have experience in this space and are passionate about driving learning and inspiring working professionals - including topics in Professional Development Training - we’d love to hear from you.
Trainer Requirement:
* The objective of this professional development session is to build a strong understanding of the 9 Box Grid framework, enabling strategic professionals to effectively assess performance and potential for talent management and succession planning.
* We are looking for a session that is informative, engaging, and impactful, helping participants move beyond theory to practical application through real-world use cases, calibration techniques, and actionable strategies for integrating the 9 Box Grid into day-to-day decision-making.
* The session should also include interactive elements and examples relevant to across the globe, specifically India and Malaysia, ensuring contextual applicability across diverse workforce and organizational dynamics as the audience will include participants from both regions.
Ideal Profile:
* Experienced speaker, trainer, or educator
* Deep understanding of the topic
* Able to deliver 45 - 60 minute virtual session
* Able to provide professional slides and practical examples
