We have an exciting opportunity to join our client's team as an Estimator to work in their offices in Manchester.
Responsibilities:
Review and summarise tender documents for effective internal and external communication.
Produce professional documentation to establish clear tender baselines
Carry out measurement and scheduling of construction works
Review and evaluate subcontractors based on cost and value
Requirements:
Previous experience in the refurb or fit-out industry
A minimum of 4 years' estimating experience
Experience with JCT/NEC contracts
Full UK driving licence
To be able to travel to sites in the North West of England
