Pilgrim’s Ethics & Compliance Department is seeking an Analyst for the Ethics & Compliance team. The new team member will primarily be responsible for analyzing compliance-related data, and assisting in the development, implementation, and maintenance of Pilgrim’s compliance program and other substantive ad-hoc projects. This position is fully onsite at our Pilgrims Europe HQ in Uxbridge, London.
What will I be doing?
1. Monitor and analyze fraud detection algorithms related to our transaction monitoring software; investigate anomalies or assign them for follow-up; document outcomes.
2. Manage third-party risk, including monitoring risk scores, managing questionnaires, and conducting screening and due diligence.
3. Develop procedures and reports for compliance software and processes.
4. Perform data analysis for internal reporting to identify trends and communicate findings to business units.
5. Collaborate with departments to develop metrics for measuring the effectiveness of the Compliance Program and ensure proper documentation.
6. Support the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of the Compliance Program.
7. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
What will I need to have?
1. At least 3 years of experience in data analytics, auditing, or corporate compliance.
2. Strong knowledge of data analytics; willingness to learn and grow in the role.
3. An MBA, CFE, or similar degree is preferred but not required.
4. Knowledge of anti-corruption laws is a plus.
5. Understanding of compliance concepts such as conflicts of interest, third-party due diligence, fraud, antitrust, and internal controls.
6. Experience with SAP is preferred.
7. Excellent time management, prioritization, and ability to perform under pressure.
8. Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
9. Analytical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
10. Self-motivated, independent worker, and team player.
11. Willingness and ability to travel as needed for business purposes.
