I'm looking for a Head of Digital Sales to lead and transform a multi-channel sales function in a fast-scaling, product-led business.
This is a high-impact, player-manager role with a clear path to Sales Director — ideal for someone who thrives on building teams, driving revenue, and modernising sales operations.
What you’ll be doing:
* Leading and developing field + regional sales teams
* Driving growth across B2B & B2C channels
* Owning the full commercial cycle end-to-end
* Using CRM/data to improve performance and conversion
* Partnering with marketing to maximise pipeline
* Identifying new markets and revenue streams
What we’re looking for:
* Proven B2B sales leadership (field + telesales teams)
* Track record of delivering serious revenue growth
* Experience in FMCG / product-led environments (ideal)
* Strong commercial mindset + data-driven approach
* Hands-on leader who leads from the front
