The Role
We’re looking for an experienced, proactive Technical Services Manager to join our Operational Management Team at our International Operations Centre in Livingston. The role supports our Dedicated Client Technical Services Team, primarily focusing on the food & beverage sector, with opportunities to travel for client site visits and contract reviews. This vital role reports directly to the Board of Directors. Core hours are Monday‑Friday 9am‑5:30pm; occasional out‑of‑hours work may arise.
Responsibilities
* Manage the Dedicated Client Technical Services Team.
* Set, monitor, and report on KPIs.
* Procure and manage supply chain partners.
* Perform job costing and support Operations Manager with daily operational tasks.
* Communicate and liaise with clients internally and externally.
* Build and grow client relationships.
* Serve as escalation point for client queries and concerns.
* Audit and issue weekly client reports.
* Conduct quality audits of key tasks within the team.
* Schedule PPM.
Skills and Experience
* Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
* Facility management or trade experience preferred.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Strong leadership and people‑management experience.
* Ability to meet deadlines, multitask, and solve problems.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
* Experience with CAFM or ticketing systems.
