Job Vacancy: History Teacher - A-Level Politics
Location: Secondary School, Hatfield
Start Date: Immediate
Contract: Full-Time, Term Time Only
Salary: Competitive (TBC by hiring manager)
Responsibilities
* Teach A-Level Politics to engaged and motivated students
* Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that inspire and challenge students
* Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback
* Support students in preparing for exams and coursework
* Contribute to the wider school community and participate in departmental activities
Requirements
* Fully qualified teacher status (QTS) in the UK
* Experience teaching A-Level Politics (desirable, but History teachers with a strong understanding of political content will be considered)
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* A passion for education and a commitment to fostering student success
* Strong knowledge of the current A-Level Politics curriculum
* Ability to engage and motivate students to achieve their potential
