RECTOR
We are seeking a Priest who will be:
1. Prayerful and open to the Spirit with a tried and tested faith
2. Rooted in the Bible through life & ministry
3. Community focussed, especially with our local schools
4. Able to lead the church through periods of change & growth
5. Able to embrace different styles and traditions of worship
6. Sympathetic and caring with a pastoral nature
7. Able to encourage growth in our volunteer teams
8. A good communicator; effectively delivering Bible based teaching
