We provide person-centred care for adults (40+) with histories of substance misuse and associated mental health or cognitive needs, such as Korsakoff’s syndrome. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality, person-centred care and relapse prevention support, Assist with personal care, hygiene, and medication needs as per care plans, Support residents with domestic tasks and developing daily living skills, Maintain a safe environment and accurate, legible records. Requirements: QCF/NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or working towards it), Excellent communication, empathy, and initiative, Enhanced DBS check and two satisfactory references.Core skills required
