Role: Trainee Manager
Hours: Full time permanent
Salary: £26.000 per annum plus extensive benefits
Our robust and well designed Trainee Manager Programme converts general applicants into experienced and capable hotel/departmental managers. This is a rare opportunity to understand the hotel and business industry from a managers perspective and gain qualifications that can catapult you into an exciting career in hotel management. The 2025 TMP cohort is intended to equip individuals with relevant industry accredited qualifications alongside an empowering mentor system in each of our internal departments.

* Some previous experience of working within the food and beverage industry would be beneficial however is not compulsory.
