Sales Consultant – Energy Management Solutions

This is a senior-level opportunity to lead the commercial expansion of a cutting-edge enterprise energy and emission management system. You will be responsible for driving new business, strengthening market positioning, and guiding strategic client engagements across the UK and Europe.


This role blends strategic sales, consultative solution development, and high-level stakeholder management. You'll work across verticals and partner with internal product, delivery, and industry teams to bring intelligent, sustainable energy solutions to major clients.


Key responsibilities

* Drive new sales and client growth for enterprise energy and emissions solutions
* Lead end-to-end sales process – from prospecting to closing and account expansion
* Engage with CXOs and director-level stakeholders across IT and business functions
* Develop strategic go-to-market plans and growth initiatives
* Collaborate with global delivery, industry verticals, and product teams
* Support marketing, campaigns, and thought leadership activities across regions
* Shape proposals, lead value-based sales conversations, and tailor solutions to client needs


Key skills and experience

* Strong experience in presales or selling Energy Management Systems, BMS, or Industrial IoT solutions
* Certified Energy Manager (CEM®) or equivalent
* Proven sales track record of £10M+ in OBV/TCV
* Experience in presales or consultative/strategic sales and large deal shaping
* High-level engagement with senior client stakeholders
* Ability to work within a matrix organisation and global delivery model
* Strategic thinking, communication, and negotiation capabilities
* Experience partnering with hyperscalers or energy technology vendors
* Exposure to sustainability, carbon compliance, or emissions monitoring solutions
* Involvement in product campaigns, publications, or industry events


Salary: £110,000–£120,000 + Bonus + Benefits

Location: London (other locations considered)

Working Model: Hybrid
