Digital Acquisition Manager – Fast-Growth Automotive Tech Venture Location: London (Hybrid) - 3 days in office, 2 from home Salary: £65,000 bonus Are you a results-driven digital marketer with a passion for using data and creativity to deliver outstanding customer acquisition campaigns? About the Business This business is a forward-thinking innovation hub within one of the UK’s most established and trusted automotive brands. Focused on reimagining the way people own, use and interact with their vehicles, they are using data, technology and human-centric design to create connected car ventures that empower drivers with greater control, confidence, and convenience. Recently launching their first consumer product—a wellness-inspired vehicle health app—they are entering a phase of rapid marketing expansion. This is your chance to be part of a small, agile team that’s backed by the scale and credibility of a major household name. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage digital acquisition campaigns across paid social, search, and affiliate channels. Collaborate with a media agency to launch, monitor and optimise campaign performance with a clear focus on CAC, ROAS and CVR. Work closely with data and creative teams to develop A/B and multivariate tests, driving ongoing performance improvement. Report on campaign metrics, deliver actionable insights, and suggest improvements to boost marketing effectiveness. Stay on top of industry trends and channel innovations, applying best practice and driving performance learnings back into the team. Develop strong relationships with publisher platforms and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth campaign execution. Ideal Candidate Experience Strong acquisition marketing experience, ideally within a startup or fast-paced, growth environment. Proven experience optimising acquisition campaigns to performance metrics such as ROAS, CVR and CAC. A track record of running and analysing performance marketing experiments. Comfort working with data teams to gain insights and inform strategy. Hands-on experience with media buying techniques, attribution modelling (desirable), and agency management. Strong stakeholder management, creative problem solving and excellent communication skills. A proactive, collaborative, and adaptable approach—someone who thrives in a high-growth, agile environment.
