Join our team as a Territory Sales Representative and drive market development and customer growth within your assigned territory. This newly created remote-based role reports directly to our Head of Sales and offers the opportunity to work with innovative products and a supportive team.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Sales & Revenue Generation: Identify key opportunities and develop target accounts. Deliver engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations to key decision-makers, close sales, and coordinate the placement and commissioning of equipment. Maintain and grow revenue with existing customers, achieving quarterly results in line with financial objectives and personal KPIs.
Territory Management: Plan and execute sales strategies to maximise opportunities within the assigned territory. Visit prospects to present and demonstrate products/services, manage the sales pipeline, and provide accurate reporting to management.
Account Management: Handle customer queries and offer tailored solutions to increase revenue. Work closely with the Customer Service team to ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer concerns.
Market Research and Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands in the region. Provide feedback to the management team regarding market conditions and opportunities.
Administration and Reporting: Maintain up-to-date records of customer data, sales activities, deals, and performance metrics in the company’s CRM. Provide regular sales and deal updates and report to the Head of Sales.
Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment on company objectives. Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and conferences as required.

Package:
*£32,000 base salary
*£4000 car allowance
*OTE Up to £41,000
