Senior Physiotherapist, Vacancy Reference: PK 88647 Remedicare Staffing are recruiting for an experienced and passionate Senior Neuro Physiotherapist / Therapy Team Lead for a fantastic Rehabilitation Centre in Kingston. This specialist service offers comprehensive care to a varied caseload of patients, including Acquired Brain Injury, complex long-term disability and general rehabilitation. As the Senior Physiotherapist you will work as a crucial part of the therapy team to provide a high-quality physiotherapy service to all clients. You will autonomously manage a varied patient caseload with specialist care needs, always demonstrating high level clinical reasoning and communication skills. This Physiotherapist role is working on a full time, permanent contract with a starting salary of £47,000 per annum. (Depending on experience). The ideal Senior Physiotherapist candidate will ideally have previous Rehabilitation / Neurorehabilitation experience at Band 6 Level, although this is not a necessity Key benefits include: £350 personal training allowance, £1000 retention bonus each year, reimbursed for registration renewal, 30 days of annual leave, blue light card, free meal on shift. Senior Physiotherapist requirements: * Current Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) Registered Therapist * Evidence of continuing professional development * Preferably 3 years of post-graduate experience Responsibilities of the Senior Physiotherapist role include: * To work with the service management team to build and maintain a reputation of excellence with commissioners, clinicians and our communities. * Lead, mentor and supervise a team of Physios, Occupational Therapists, Rehab Assistants and Assistant Psychologists * To coordinate and lead therapy goal setting meetings, MDT meetings and other such required meetings. * To assess and treat own caseload of people using our services and to maintain own records as an autonomous practitioner * To continually monitor and evaluate therapy intervention, modifying as required to best support the patient and to ensure their ever-changing needs are met * To maintain comprehensive and accurate patient records in line with legal, professional and departmental requirements.
