THE ROLE
A Commercial Lawyer to handle a range of work to include:
Contract negotiations.
Managing external disputes
Supply chain compliance
Commercial Contracts
The team is in particular involved in advising UK recruitment businesses expanding into the US.
THE CANDIDATE
A lawyer with 3-4pqe+ you will have knowledge and experience of the recruitment sector gained either in house or private practice.
This is an unique position for a lawyer ideally UK qualified and offering a chance to gain US lawyer qualifications for which the firm will help on training and studies.
The firm offers hybrid working arrangements 3 days in office 2 wfh and a good work life balance.
