We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Operator/Cleaner to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, ensuring that products are assembled efficiently and to the highest quality standards. This position requires a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work effectively in a warehouse environment. You would need to be used to working in the cold, and wet environment. Good for people who like manual work.
Duties
* Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to assemble products according to specifications.
* Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
* Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and maintain workflow efficiency.
* Inspect finished products for quality assurance, ensuring they meet company standards.
* Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
* Assist in the movement of materials within the warehouse as required.
* Cleaning crates, trolleys and Dolly's and other factory utensils to a very high standard
* Cleaning the factory.
* Cleaning experience would be desired.
Skills
* Proficient in the use of Equipment and power tools relevant to production tasks.
* Experience in assembly processes, demonstrating attention to detail and precision.
* Familiarity with warehouse operations, including inventory management and logistics.
* Excellent teamwork skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.
