Established in 2005, we provide financial education and one to one guidance on a bespoke

services for hundreds of organisations, reaching millions of the workforce.
Employee engagement is driven by designing campaigns to create awareness of upcoming
programmes and then digital nudge technology is used to encourage participation to
maximise take-up.
Purpose of the Role:
This role is responsible for creating wireframes, prototypes, mock-ups, whilst conducting usability testing and providing vital feedback on user experience (UX) as well as design improvements.
You will be responsible for the design of digital products and services, including websites, software and mobile applications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Continuously conduct research to understand audience behaviours, needs, and preferences, which will evolve over time.
• Collaborating closely with our development team for a seamless hand-over of design assets to ensure accurate implementation, perform design quality assurance checks, and address any design-related issues or bugs.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest design and usability trends, and emerging technologies
to ensure that our work is always fresh and relevant in line with the needs of our clients.
• Evaluating existing websites and products for usability, making changes where appropriate.
• Developing personas, user stories and other resources that capture users’ needs.
• Organising and running user testing to ensure issues are dealt with effectively.
• Making recommendations and planning changes based on a range of user feedback to ensure a fantastic client journey.
• Exploring and implementing other ways to gather and incorporate users’ feedback, particularly as technology evolves.
• Contribute to the design team, by delivering innovative creative thinking.
• Provide efficient, skilled, technical and precise input to support the design team.
• Contribute with content and design to Landscape’s website and marketing activities.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest design and usability trends, and emerging technologies to ensure that our work is always fresh and relevant.
• Drive consistent high standards and approaches to proposed solutions.
• Successfully present solutions internally to the team and externally to clients.
• Support others in problem solving in order to generate new ideas and solutions.
• Meet and surpass efficiency timescales agreed with clients to ensure complete satisfaction.

Essential Criteria:
* Minimum of 3+ years experience in UX Designer roles or similar.
* High proficiency in latest design and UX software as required (specifically
* Thoroughly understand web architecture, best practice, user-centred design principles, accessibility requirements, responsive design and methodologies.
* A strong understanding of user research, behaviours and testing.
* Adept at designing complex UX user journeys.
* Demonstrate a good technical level of digital design competency.
* Possess superb organisation skills.
* Have excellent communication skills, and know how to express your work clearly to obtain buy-in.
* Collaborative problem solving in order to generate ideas and solutions.
* Resilience and be adaptable to changing direction.
* A flexible attitude whether working in a large or small team
