* Undertake detailed design and structural assessments in accordance with Eurocodes and/or British Standards
* Produce, review, and approve scheme deliverables including inspections, repair recommendations, and inspection reports
* Possess a BEng, BSc, MEng, MSc, or equivalent in a relevant discipline
* Hold a full UK driving license
* Experience in coordinating and managing a small team of engineers for structural inspections of bridges, culverts, retaining walls, and other highway assets
* Chartered, Incorporated, or close to obtaining a Professional Qualification with ICE or IStructE
