How you'll make an impact
This is a true job-share role - not simply a part-time handover. You'll work closely with your job-share partner to own the full Finance Manager remit and ensure seamless continuity across your working days.
1. Lead on month-end reporting including journals, reconciliations, and prepayments.
2. Prepare and analyse management accounts with clear commentary for senior leadership.
3. Support internal controls, systems improvements and transformation activity.
4. Communicate closely with your job-share partner to ensure alignment and continuity.
5. Act as a point of contact for finance-related queries, partnering with operations and head office finance.
