Overview
We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and cooking, with a flair for creating delicious and visually appealing dishes. This role requires a commitment to food safety standards and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Responsibilities
* Ability to maintain the standards of quality, food, safety, hygiene, and housekeeping within the kitchen
* Familiar with the principles of HACCP
* Organise and run an efficient breakfast /Lunch/Dinner for 100 cover with support from junior chefs
* Communicate ordering, shortages and manage stock and mep for the breakfast section
* Shift timing between 6 am to 9 pm, 5 days a week, including weekends. Overtime is paid and available per business need.
Requirements
* Passion for fresh quality produce
* Professional culinary qualification is essential
* 1 year experience in a similar establishment
* Flexible, reliability and adaptability
* Oral and written fluency in English
* confidence in multitasking and following instructions
* A Passion to be creative and develop themselves
* Right to work in UK
