This is an onsite position which will include occasional travel across the UK.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
* Lead and motivate a sales team managing relationships, ensuring strong performance and accountability
* Drive consistent activity levels and keep the team focused
* Strengthen and grow client network through proactive engagement and partnership development
* Conduct regular in‑person meetings, visits, and check‑ins to maintain strong rapport and insight
* Attend sector events and networking opportunities
* Identify performance issues, implement improvement plans, and escalate concerns when needed
* Produce weekly and monthly performance reports covering KPIs and pipeline activity
Skills Desired:
* Proven ability to lead teams to high performance
* Strong communication skills by phone and in person
* Skilled in resolving conflicts and managing sensitive situations
* Self‑driven, proactive, and results‑oriented with the ability to work independently
