The RoleAs a mid–senior Business Intelligence Developer / Senior Reporting Analyst, you will take ownership of designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality reports and dashboards that drive decision-making across the group. You’ll work with stakeholders across finance, operations,mercial and project teams—translating real business needs into reliable, insightful reporting. This role is ideal for someone detail-driven, analytical, and confident working independently.
What You’ll Be Doing
1. Designing, developing, and maintaining reports and dashboards using Power BI, SSRS, and Crystal Reports
2. Writing and optimising MS SQL Server queries, views, and stored procedures
3. Translating business requirements into clear, actionable reporting solutions
4. Ensuring accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across a growing organisation
5. Proactively investigating and resolving data discrepancies
6. Working directly with stakeholders to enhance and modernise reporting
7. Managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
What You’ll BringEssential
8. Proven experience in a BI Developer or Senior Reporting Analyst role
9. Strong SQL Server expertise (T‑SQL, query tuning, optimisation)
10. Solid Power BI development experience
11. Experience with SSRS and Crystal Reports
12. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
13. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
14. Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks and projects
Desirable
15. Experience working with large,plex, or multi-entity datasets
16. Understanding of data warehousing or reporting architecture
17. Experience modernising or improving legacy reporting solutions
