37 hours per week
Fixed Term up to 31 March 2026
Do you have experience working in a finance role supporting projects focused on upskilling and employment?
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Employability Bridgend programme, which tackles barriers preventing individuals from thriving in the labour market. You should be enthusiastic, motivated, and have a good understanding of Local Government Financial Procedures, experience in submitting financial claims to funding bodies, and a keen eye for compliance checking.
You will work in an ambitious, fast-moving, and dynamic environment where flexibility is essential.
The ability to greet customers in Welsh is a requirement for this post.
Protecting children, young people, or adults at risk is a core responsibility of all council employees.
