About the Role As we undergo a period of significant organisational and cultural change, we are recruiting a Business Systems Analyst to join our newly formed Technology & Digital Team and play a pivotal role in shaping our digital future. This is an exciting time to be joining the Group as we deliver our Digital Transformation programme, you will work closely with technical teams, service managers and suppliers to design, optimise and embed digital solutions that deliver genuine business value and improve the experience for both staff and customers. About You You are first and foremost a people focused problem solver, identifying innovative ways of overcoming challenges using technology. Ideally, you will have previous experience in the housing sector, having supported, implemented or worked to develop a recognised Housing Management System to deliver outstanding services to residents. In a perfect world this would include Rubixx Housing, but this isn’t essential. It is more important that you understand core business processes and can rapidly learn new technology to help improve how we deliver these. Key Responsibilities To maintain and optimise business systems and proactively identify business areas that will benefit from core system optimisation or enhancements Troubleshoot problems relating to business systems and design and implement solutions as appropriate To work with the business stakeholders to ensure that new digital systems implementations are aligned to business need, customer demand and technology and support standards providing support and remedial actions were necessary Analyse existing platforms and workflows, identifying opportunities for automation, simplification and improved user experience. Provide a readily available “As-Is” subject matter expertise in core systems functionality and use this to identify and bridge gaps in “To-Be” modelling activity Design and document workflows and system integrations across business systems Why Join Us?
