Connex Education are working with a large mainstream primary school based in the Middlesbrough area who are looking for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join their team and work full time from nursery to year 6.

This primary school has a creative and enthusiastic community and as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant there, you will be supported by a welcoming team of teachers, teaching assistants and support staff and you will be responsible for assisting the teachers and supporting the pupils
Assignment Details
This role is Monday - Friday so the right candidate MUST be able to work full time. This role is ongoing with an immediate start. It is essential to be a minimum level 3 teaching assistant to be considered for this role.

Person Specification
* MUST be qualified to HLTA standard.
* Have experience of supporting pupils in a primary environment, in a nursery or in a healthcare setting
* Be confident working with small groups
* Good Knowledge of Additional Needs and EYFS Curriculum
* Have a current DBS on the update service or willing to apply for a new one with Connex
