Senior BI & Insight Analyst
Salary: Up to £50,000
Location: Remote (UK)
A large UK organisation delivering training and apprenticeship programmes is looking for a Senior BI & Insight Analyst to join its growing Data & Automation team.
This role sits within a small but high-impact data team and will focus on delivering end-to-end business intelligence solutions, supporting stakeholders across the organisation with actionable insights that drive performance and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for stakeholders across the business
* Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into data solutions
* Manage BI support requests including troubleshooting reports, managing access, and maintaining dashboards
* Support data modelling, reporting structures, and data quality improvements
* Deliver insights across areas such as sales performance, operational delivery, and business performance
* Contribute to wider data platform and automation initiatives
Requirements
* Strong Power BI experience
* Strong SQL skills
* Experience with data modelling and DAX
* Experience with ETL processes or data pipelines
* Familiarity with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate / Power Apps)
* Comfortable working end-to-end from requirements gathering to insight delivery
