Manage a varied portfolio of Employment Tribunal cases, Advise on a wide range of employment law and people-related matters, and Collaborate with teams across the business in a fast-paced, supportive environment

Handling cases from start to finish, including drafting responses and witness statements, preparing for hearing and conducting telephone PHs
Supporting the ER team on employment related policies and initiatives
Conducting legal research on a variety of queries and matters
Providing ad hoc support and advice to HR colleagues and partners
Previous experience as a paralegal working in an employment team
Strong organisation, planning and project management skills
Proficiency with IT including Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel and Teams in particular)
