We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Calibration Engineer to oversee and grow our calibration departments in all our bases. This full-time, onshore-based role is responsible for managing the calibration laboratory and survey sensor calibrations. Ensuring inventory readiness, supporting commercial activities, and collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and clients.
Key responsibilities
* Calibrate NOR and customer-owned Subsea Survey and ROV equipment.
* Monitor data trends to ensure accuracy, compliance, and risk reduction.
* Oversee daily lab operations, documentation, and certification processes.
* Maintain and develop standards across calibration facilities.
* Provide training, technical support, and promote professional growth in the team.
* Drive continuous improvement and ensure proper maintenance of lab facilities.
Competence requirements
* Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience.
* Strong expertise in subsea survey and ROV equipment.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
* Commercially aware with a customer-focused mindset.
* Eligible to work in the UK.
