Key Responsibilities
* Champion continuous improvement to ensure excellent operational delivery and supply chain management.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
* Manage complaints effectively, identify trends, and lead service improvements.
* Lead a team of planners and administrators to maximise productivity and ensure compliance with company policies.
* Support the Contract Lead in delivering a quality, customer‑focused, profitable, and safe business.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a Co‑ordinator with experience managing scheduling and/or administrative teams in the maintenance sector. You should have advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Word and be ready to take the next step in your career by leading a team.
