We are looking to appoint an experienced Administrator to work in our busy Protection Admin Team. The role covers a wide range of administrative duties and will provide strong overall administrative support to the team.
Key duties will include:
1. Typing letters, various documents, and supporting the District Inspectors.
2. Proficiency in the use of various ICT applications.
3. Extensive experience working in an administrative environment.
4. Ability to work as part of a team and train colleagues on working practices.
5. Support and provide cover for other district admin as required, and support Service Headquarters Admin when necessary.
6. Make appointments for Inspectors, keep diaries up to date, and rearrange appointments as needed.
7. Assist the District Admin Supervisor or the SHQ Admin Manager in providing administrative services to the Protection function.
8. Undertake any other duties deemed suitable by the Authority within your grade.
A flexible approach to work, effective communication skills, and an ability to work methodically and accurately are essential.
