Assessment of new patients, with consultant supervision. 4. Clerk admissions where required and be the primary responsible middle grade doctor for the day-to-day care of in-patients. 5.
Attendance to ward rounds with senior fellow and specialist nurses. 6. Discharge requirements for in-patients. 7.
To assist with any other aspects of patient care as appropriate. 8. To support in surgical planning, and assist in clinic preparation and MDT duties. 9.
To participate in audit and research. Rota Duties will be Monday to Friday with time flexibility required within a normal working day. The is no hospital oncall requirement with this post. A suggested timetable is outlined within the job description.
