A highly regarded law firm in Liverpool is seeking an experienced Clinical Negligence Lawyer to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled solicitor or legal executive to take on a leadership role within a well-established and growing firm.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing a caseload of complex and high-value clinical negligence claims
Overseeing cases from inception to successful resolution
Providing expert legal advice and representation to clients
Leading and mentoring junior team members to ensure best practices are upheld
Engaging in strategic decision-making and case progression
Collaborating with medical experts, barristers, and other professionals to build strong cases
Requirements:
Solicitor or Legal Executive (or equivalent experience)
A minimum of 5 years’ experience handling clinical negligence cases
Proven track record of running high-value and complex claims to successful outcomes
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to guide and develop a team
Excellent client care and communication skills
The ability to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team environment
