I’m working with a UK-based advanced materials manufacturer with a strong global reputation in specialist technical products looking to appoint a Commercial Manager.
They supply high-performance engineered materials into sectors including EV, automotive electronics, IT infrastructure and industrial markets and they’re now looking for a Commercial Manager to drive the next phase of growth.
This is a senior, new-business focused role with real autonomy and direct exposure to leadership.

£60,000 base + £100,000+ OTE
What you’ll be doing
* Winning new business across the UK, Europe and international markets
* Building relationships with OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers and senior decision-makers
* Developing structured sales strategy and growing market share
* Working closely with technical and production teams to turn opportunity into delivery
* Representing the business at industry events and client meetings
What they’re looking for
* Strong B2B sales background in technical manufacturing or advanced materials
* Experience selling into automotive, EV, electronics or engineered materials sectors
* Someone comfortable building markets and creating opportunity
* Confident operating independently within an SME environment
* International exposure across UK & Europe
Thermal management or specialist materials experience would be useful, but strong adjacent sector experience is absolutely considered.

* £60,000 base
