Delaheys Nursing Home is a 27 bed General Nursing Home. We are part of Curo Care Collective, which is a family run business with Person centered care at their heart.
This is a full-time on-site role for a Registered Nurse to work Nights located in Lytham St Annes. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, administering medications, monitoring patient conditions, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and maintaining patient records. The Registered Nurse will also be involved in patient education and support.
Qualifications
* Patient care and monitoring skills
* Medication administration and record-keeping proficiency
* Experience in formulating and reviewing Care Plans on an electronic system is required
* Ability to collaborate with healthcare professionals
* Strong communication and patient education skills
* Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
* Relevant Registered Nurse qualification/licensure
* Experience in Nursing Homes is a plus
* Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
