Customer Services Assistant required on a temp basis to start ASAP for 6 months.
Pay rate: £15 per hour
Hours: 9am - 5pm
Location: North of Cambridge City, working 4 days from home and 1 in the office each week
Duties:
Receive, log and prioritise complaints promptly and accurately
Liaison with tenants, contractors and the maintenance team
Confirm appointments and follow up on outcomes
Review issues against tenancy records and service agreements
Maintain clear case notes and records
Escalate complex or unresolved matters
Contribute to process improvements
Your skills/experience:
Proven experience handling customer enquiries
Strong verbal and written communication
Accurate record keeping
