A leading Managing Agent in the Lloyd’s Market is expanding its growing change function and is seeking a Business Analyst with strong London Market experience to support a portfolio of complex business transformation initiatives.
In this role, you’ll act as the key link between the business and delivery teams, engaging with senior stakeholders across Underwriting, Claims, Actuarial, Finance, Operations, IT, and other core functions.

About the role:
* Work closely with business stakeholders across Underwriting, Claims, Finance, Operations, Actuarial, and IT to understand strategic priorities and translate them into clear business requirements.
* Conduct detailed analysis of current and target processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency, automation, and improved customer and broker experiences.
* Define and document business requirements, user stories, process maps, and acceptance criteria to support change delivery.
* Support the design and implementation of operating models, systems, and process improvements across multiple workstreams.
* Collaborate with project managers, architects, and developers to ensure solutions meet business needs and are aligned with Lloyd’s and regulatory standards.
* Provide analytical insight and reporting to support change governance and benefit tracking.
Experience and Skills
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst within the Lloyd’s or London Market insurance industry.
* Strong understanding of insurance lifecycle processes - particularly underwriting, claims, and delegated authority.
* Experience working on business transformation or operating model initiatives, ideally involving both technology and process change.
* Skilled in process mapping, requirements gathering, and business case development.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience engaging senior business and technical teams.
* Familiarity with market systems and platforms (e.g., PPL, DDM, LIMOSS, or Blueprint Two initiatives) is highly desirable.
* Competent with analysis and documentation tools such as Visio, JIRA, Confluence, or Excel.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
Hybrid role, 2-3 days in the London office.
