You will be responsible for the quality of teaching and learning across all Key Stages, including a robust A-Level provision that focuses on diverse periods from the Tudor monarchy to 20th-century global conflicts.
As Head of Department, you will mentor a team of subject specialists, oversee the implementation of a rigorous, evidence-based curriculum, and use data-driven insights to ensure every student reaches their potential.
