Salary and Bonus Structure
* Basic salary between £28,840 and £48,880, based on your experience
* Over‑performance bonuses to reward your dedication
* £3,000 bonus in your first month
* £1,000 bonus on your 6‑month anniversary
* Service and Maintenance Technicians: Up to £39,200
* Service and Diagnostic Technicians: Up to £41,500
* Senior Technicians: Up to £44,000
* Master Technicians: Up to £48,800
Your Role as a Vehicle Technician
* Provide exceptional service and repairs to customers
* Conduct basic maintenance and complex repairs
* Ensure first‑time fixes and high‑quality workmanship
* Work with an experienced Service Manager and skilled technician team
What We’re Looking For
* Relevant formal qualification in Automotive (City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3)
* Main Dealer experience
* Current experience as a Vehicle Technician
* MOT licence
* Your own tools
* A full UK driving licence
